Project Brief: Produce a fun, high-energy music video for MTS' single "Wavin' to My Haters"

Solutions + Lessons Learned: With as high-energy a song as this, we wanted to do a performance-style music video, and thought a "one-take" concept would work well (and be a fun challenge too!) As we were rehearsing the camera blocking, however, we realized it was just too much to try to do all in one take, so we actually split the project into 3 "phases," and we edited the 3 sections together in post, while maintaining the illustion of one take. See if you can tell!

My favorite part: For this project, I had the honor and pleasure of working with Nic Hinman, a visionary and all-around incredible person. I really enjoyed learning from him and practicing new kinds of problem-solving in this unusual production process!
